The bright white dot moving away from the Earth is a meteor.

If it doesn't hit the Earth's atmosphere just right, it will bounce like a ball back into space and head back into deep space.

That is what happened to that meteor.

It bounced off the atmosphere and moved back into space.

It looks close but it is actually thousands of miles away from the shuttle.

The other meteor almost made it into the Earth but bounced out and headed back into space.

NASA may have done some cool things, with public, antiquated technology, buth they are a secrecy-government organisation, and keeper of the big lie. NASA is THEATRE. The real space program is ultra secret, military, with technology 80 to 100-years more advanced than what we are shown in NASA. Anything you see in science-fiction, we can already do, since the1950s- 1970s.

They constantly monitor the surrounding space of the Shuttle because they are looking for situations which might threaten the safety of the crew/mission. This is well documented and frankly, common sense. No mystery at all.

now, I did note it changed course the moment the camera started moving, but after watching it 4500 times, it seems unrelated and coincidental.

these things are written off as ice particles floating in space...but ice doesnt suddenly change course and speed off.

Nasa did not exactly provide these, Mr. Martyn Stubs tuned into NASA's broadcasting frequency with a satellite dish on earth and recorded all these vids. This was before NASA started encrypting their transmissions.
