I say send all of the Global Warming Alarmist (sheeple) to the Arctic. We are nowhere close to understanding how the Earth and her systems work. i am a scientist myself i taught at ucla for 10 years. i am retired now but still know very much. i have personally tested the facts and heard those who have tested too, and since the science makes no sense. it is completely political.

BS ALERT ... i checked the october issue of the national geographic magazine and al gore's chart looks nothing like stossel's ... it is missing the co2 hockey stick which goes up twice as high as the highest ever ... how could co2 be trailing temperature if it is the highest ever now and hockey sticking ... and at this time .. temperature is the highest ever but flat lining ... after the ice melts .. temperature will hockey stick too ... and be with co2 like in the last 400,000 years

Global temperature and CO2 have gone in OPPOSITE directions since 1998.

Did you know that the 30's and 40's were the start of the last weather cycle like this one?
Granted, we should be good stewards of the Earth, but there is no sense in running around like a chicken with your head cut off.

The fact of the matter, as I see it, is that human caused global warming is a farce.
Yes, the world's climate is getting warmer. It has in the past, and it will again in the future after this cycle has passed.
The world's climate is such a large system with a large amount of inertia, that our impact is puny in comparison.
But that does not mean that we should not be good stewards of the planet. I just means that it's not what we've all been told it is.
