  • I own the RS600FF over the Moth because it has a proper hull, a trapeze and is slightly easier to sail. I'm also the the 49er at 0:40

  • can i ask are you harnessed on so you can then hike out using your legs or do you have to maintain your balance as usual?

  • yeah its a trapeze boat

  • @angus11122 what do you mean as usual? The RS600 FF is a foiling class of boat that features a trapeze, in which case you wear a harness that has a hook on it, you then attach yourself to the trapeze line with that hook.

  • i(L) RS 700. foiling, way better then the moths because they have a trap and wingggs

  • like that move at 1:49, at 1st looked like a close call. but with 77 inside and not handling their gybe well, a head up off to separate for space for a tack . then head take their transom, close too... good move !!

  • d u not mean @1:59

  • I spotted a cherub at 1:43. Called subtle knife.

  • I sail on that occasionally :D

  • is it me or is there a 18ft skiff in the back ground at 1:11!!!!!!

  • Yup, that's an 18 footer. Nice spotted

  • This works because the foils are at such an angle that when the boat is fast enough it can lift the whole hull from the water. Plus the new RS 600FF is even lighter.

  • How does this work? How is it possible?

  • is it a bird? is it a plane? lol that thing is class.
