Duh. You guys act like you're the first to know this information. All I'm saying is this song is on an album he recorded when he was 15, like I mentioned above. I'm pretty sure he plays trumpet on it, but it does not have the tempo change or Mexican style like this recording does. What does him releasing an EP in the fall have to do with what I said?

Actually the kid has been in Oaxaca hanging around some southern Mexican funeral bands getting some new influences. The reason they canceled the tour is so that he can go to places like Mexico and get some new material together rather than touring on the same two albums all the time...
The album from the pre-Beirut days wasn't orchestral as this is.
Beirut is planning on releasing an album "sometime this fall", according to a magazine interview done by The Stranger. He already has an EP's worth of new songs, this included.
Does anyone have the sheet music for this? I have most of it, but there's one part I just can't figure out

This song is from Zach's unreleased solo album he recorded when he was 15 I think. Track 15. This is an extended/updated/adapted version. Awesome.
