@prinsezzzzz I respect Sheridan's portrayal of Elle, and Im impressed she dared to do such a different take on the part... but.. that said, Sheridan is VERY far from the "Elle type" in allmost every thinkable way. Susan is perfect for Elle, and is probably the closest to the "Elle type" of any of the actresses who have played, except Laura Belle Bundy.

Susan Mcfadden is really talented. But Sheridan made this role her own in so many ways. That you can't compare her to anyone. Sheridan made this show the success that it is. The Producers must be rubbing their hands in glee that they found someone who is known for ACTING to play this role. Even LBB has said Sheridan was the best she had seen in the role. Susan Mcfadden deserves this role. But i honestly think Sheridan made you fall in love with her Elle.
