  • I have a question for you Esther; I was under the impression that spot training isn't possible but you have videos specifically for abs, arms etc. Does spot training actually work? (I mean of course I'd do the full body workouts that you offer alongside it as well...)

  • I agree with other users, it's not entirely for beginners! You need to be familiar with yoga moves to be able to keep up.

  • not for beginners at all, balance poses are for intermediates and advanceds

  • @OvoPiano I'm a beginner & it was easy for me. I really think it depends on the individual.

  • good video but for an absolute beginner its too fast from one pose to another and doesnt explain enough about how im doing the pose, i want to do more yoga but felt uncomfortable through this and im sure its cos i wasnt doing the poses right! hoping ill get more flexible in time !!

  • Esther, you are GREAT. Before I found your videos I was out of shape, stressed, and not happy. Around September I found you're yoga instuctional videos, and after doing 3 to 4 reps of a variation of your videos a day, I've lost 20 pounds, feel great, and feel as though I'm on my way to self fulfillment. I found that yoga is the best thing to happen to me. Thank you very much and continue to posts videos, you are an inspiration.

  • Wow you lost weight through these exercises? I've just been doing this for strength work and gaining balance before trying to do anything else to lose weight. That's the reason I started doing this I never realised you could lose weight doing this at the same time!

    Everyday would be great, you can do twice if you are motivated, morning and evening. Even once a week is better than nothing. It really depends on your commitment.

    I am currently doing the yoga for killer legs. would you recommend this routine or that one more? i'm doing that one with a 6 repetition at the moment.

    You are doing great so, sorry for not picking up on your message sooner. It is always goor to change you routine now and than, so you can do the killer legs and also this one. You can hold the poses in this routine up to 15 breaths, to make it longer.

  • Hey, have been doing yoga over 20 years

    To be honest I havent gotten myself to try Bikram yoga out yet!. In the heat your body is more flexible, but thats also something to be careful about I think, especially if you come into the heat suddenly from somewhere cold. You obviously sweat a lot and detox a lot, once you get used to it it should be energizing. Very intense workout though, you want to be up for that! Try it out, It won't be good for every body type. Let me know what you think!
