Yes, the singer is Khagendra Kalikotey. His album was released in around 2000-2002 and all the songs were very touching. Its indeed sad that the artist did not get his due. I wish our artists from hills could get more exposure so that these talents does not fade in the away.

I think the real singer of such a heart-touching song is not getting the credit. Is not the singer Khagendra Kalikotey? He is also from Darjeeling and maybe that is why is mistaken for Suresh Kumar another great singer from Darjeeling. By the way, any Suresh Kumar fans would care to post some of his songs?
