  • You're looking good.

  • mate im jealous of your muscles,im still puny as,but i win on the facial hair front

  • @Tyisadork True your face fuzz is immense!.....My time will come dude

  • What kind of protein shakes are you on? e.g. maximuscle?

  • @danjam04 I take Maximuscle promax and i also chuck in a spoonful of creatine to beef it up a little :)

  • @lukeukm81 Ah, brilliant choice! I use Promax - I tend to have 2 a day, for additional protein to my diet, and because I'm a 'hard-gainer', I'll have progain and if I'm training, I have half before and the other half straight after to fuel and feed my muscles. What are your main goals as far as weight training goes Luke? And which maximuscle product you on? Thermobol (or however its spelt lol), Promax? Cyclone? Progain?

  • @danjam04 Yeah i have two promax a day too, i am running everyday to and from work a mile eachway. I need to lose weight as i'm 12stone but 5'7... my goals are mainly to tone up and lose weight. I have been on thermobol in the past but dont really rate it - i find drinking green tea works for me. So what is your training? Any tips?

  • @lukeukm81 you're the weight I wanna be, can we swap haha I'm the same height, but I'm about 9 and a half stone... the running sounds good - as does any CV circuit (try skipping - I can't rate that enough!) and as you're a chef, you must be able to whip yourself up some TASTY nutritious meals :) stick with the shakes, maybe throwing in an extra one during training - esp right after when your body is screaming 'feed me! repair me!', do all over body workouts paying focus on compound exercises...

  • @danjam04 but if you don't have time to do a full body workout - or if it's too taxing (I have to admit, I split), do an upper / lower body split or different body parts, but I'd recommend either the full body or the upper/lower body split to begin with, so you target numerous muscles all in one session and burn as many calories as you can and as you get stronger/fitter, split it in different ways and go heavier with the weights. I defo recommend the skipping and interval speed training :-)
