Funny, everyone has been saying "OMG Tim Burton should do OZ!!!" or "You know what Tim Burton should remake? OZ!!!" Now, don't get me wrong, Wizard of Oz is one of my all time favorite films and one of the best ever made. However, I think Burton should remake it and make it closer to the books. As long as they constrain him and don't let him go all Planet of the Apes '01 on the whole thing.

This looks really epic and beautiful, although I kinda hope Tim Burton will stop a bit with the commercialised films and go to films like "Ed Wood" he made. Or he should direct Batman 3 xD!

Hi great review.

Through The Looking Glass is the sequel to Alice in Wonderland, it was the second book of the series written by Lewis Carroll. I think, if I remember right, there are lots of reverse and opposite complexities, a looking glass being a mirror.

Whatever, the film looks great! Avatar looks like a 5* film for 3D but maybe only 4 for 2D, this film looks like it has potential to be an all-round 5* whatever the format.
