If that's what the song is supposed to represent, in the minds of people way back in the 1800s and children, wolves aren't very nice things. They commonly symbolize tricksters or malevolent beasts that eat people... The next time you want to go into the whole "wolf rights activist" thing, at least try to listen to the song how it's meant to be listened to. >>
