  • Madam rahat,aapne dhokla sahi nahi banaya hay yehi waja hay ky aapne cut ker k nahi dikhaya,sharp u are!!  dkhokla or idli ki khaas baat hi uska fluffy or soft hona hay jo kay apke dhoklay ma nahi thi.u shud do some homework on dhokla before presenting on channel. wo to suna hoga aapne,overconfidence is Bad!

  • well Rahatji...i guess the batter was little too thick n also ther was no need for baking soda when u had citric acid ....also i think u need to cut it and then add syrup to it ...n try adding mustard seeds...to it instead of methi dana...

  • Rahatji, you normally are really good with stuff. But here you went all wrong. Your batter was way too thick and I am sure your dhokla turned too hard. I don't think its fine to estimate the amount of water for the batter. It must be precise or else the consistency can go wrong as it did now. I think you understood that too as you did not cut it
