THey can harvest sea water, and there are passive manual water filters that can clean water making it drinkable even if contained animal feces in it... true... so if CLEAN water is the issue, to clean it needs filters, Ecoblue makes water from the air, and folks can go to compost toilets or outhouses (in the most desparate of situations) but it cant be hopeless, I doubt things that say that, look at the profit they are trying to get from the carbon story

The corporate bastages buying up all the water and mineral rights in these places refer to it as "thinning out the heard". Boiling only kills some bacteria, and that take 20 minutes or more. That still leaves heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, acids and other stuff only a really good filter system could remove. I question why some of the money spent on AIDS there wouldn't be better spent on portable filters for these people.
