My alma mater Miles has always had a superb gospel choir.

I'm a "Milean", or Miles College alumnus who used to live 2 city blocks for the college. Listening to this these women sing this wonderful old spiritual, brings back many wonderful memories of my beloved alma mater. Many thanks for posting this.

Wow. They were so much better back in the 70's. They're still good now but they had some voices back then and they were good!!! Sing CHOIR!!!! YES!!!!! This sound like it came off of a record. You wouldn't think this came from a college choir. That's how good they were.

I believe my brother went to this college(about 20 years ago). I was thinking recently of another song that they did. It was very powerful too! I don't remember the name of the song.....but some of the main words to it was................'right now I am happy, right now I am free, the Lord deliver me.....If anybody has this song please post......thks!
