  • Your kicks look good man. The punches are a bit slow, but who is ever really pin sharp half way into a good training session? Keep it up bro!

  • @mickel1470 Thanks a l lot mickel! :)

  • dont drop your hand when u kick

  • You forgot the defence. My trainer always says that to me. If you forget it during bagtraining youll forget it in a real fight! And if you fight against a skilled opponent, he can defeat you.

    just a little tip :)

  • @20juli2008

    Thanks to you man :)

  • Very good....train harder always.

  • Lol, gave me a good chuckle ^^

  • allways have your hands up.. when u hit one or both of your hands are down so you cant cover up

  • good work

  • When your throwing the kick your right arm should stay parallel with your leg and your left hand should come across your face to protect it, your right arm is too wild and your face is wide open. Other wise pretty good for a beginner

  • Thanks to all of you guys! i keep working on my kicks!

  • slow the kicks down until u find a rhythm and set ur feet after every kick

    nice work

  • not bad at all and listen to some of these guys constructive criticism they are right well most of them

  • pivot your left foot more like a v shape on the floor, you should kinda tippy toe on it, swing your right arm for more motion on that kick, if you do that im pretty sure your kicks will way harder. Im not a pro but i've been doing muay thai/ bjj for 3 years juss a lil tip...

  • keep yuh hands up when you kick bruuuuuder

  • moar pls :p

  • More hips int the kicks :)

    believe me

    But nice ^_^

    keep on

    U wear a Buakaw short ? xD :)

  • Yes,i believe you,but it's not easy xD.

    Thank you :)

And this is THE BUAKAW SHORT :D i love it!

  • i dont blame u 4 not wanting 2 get hit but u should sparr stand up wit mma sparrin gloves just in case u need 2 take care of a prob on the streets judo is great 4 1 on 1 but thats rare in the streets u mite have 2 knock some fools out n sometimes ya gotta get hit 2 do that

  • I agre, well i will try... maybe :p

  • @205maxi i sparr and im a 12 year old girl on my 4th session i became yellow belt so do it

  • aah very good kicks =)

  • If you practise judo since you're young and if now you're training in kick boxing, you should try Mixed martial arts.

That the way to do a fusion of all the fighting technics, and I know that a lot of peoples say that its just brawl and violence, but that not tru: MMA is so technical ! Just look at a striker like Kid Yamamoto or a grappler like Shinya Aoki.

  • I completely agree with you but honnestly i don't really like MMA.

    And it's too dangerous...

I fear hard hits, you know in Judo you don't take hits so it's so different...

  • poor bags...

    Really nice kicks !

  • Nice 5 stars

only thing to keep in mind is using your body weight behind your kicks ,

your kicks are good but you have more potential really

learn to throw in your body weight in

and you got yourself two deadly kicks!

    keep training your doing great

  • Thank you very much i really apreciate :)

I will train on my kicks and my punches too!

  • So greedy - using two bags!

  • Yes!! i have the choice :D

The blue is better for kicks

  • cool

  • Owe thanks! a lot.

Ok thanks for the advice, i will train on that.

    Thank you for the short!

I feel stronger when i'm wearing it! xD

  • hey man not bad at all!! pretty good just turn ur hips into the kicks a lil more i notice i need to work on that 2 and nice buakaw pants ^_^
