This is a shortened verion. I know the sanduan forms of qiang, dao, and chang quan, and guiding chang quan. These are very nice forms to do in conmpetitions. I'm best with the spear, and I've been in traditional and modern wushu for 3 years. Now I'll mix in much more internal styles and sanshou, to make my training more wellrounded. Although, I'm quite knowledgeble about sanshou and traditional applications. The wushu could use more traditional influence.
