  • Back in the 80s one day at S.E.T.I. there was great celebrating & much popping of corks until someone realised that they were just picking up Radio Foetus. JUST ..?????

  • "We are like butterflies who flutter for a day, and think it forever."

  • this is fuckin tripy

  • This man haunts me since the mid 80s....Still obsessed by this music. saw him 1996 at Überschall Fest and several times in hannover and Bielefeld....damn...Jim, where are u now?

  • @HateSince88 I have a 2010 release called Karaoke For Beginners - There's A Foetus In My Room if you missed that. Sadly since then ....

  • well he is a type of God

  • @gothicbangkok an industrial god!

  • violentinthedark23, you an idiot and a hater. unlike most bands nowadays, not even two REAL instruments are good enough for JG

  • Ganz anders und trotzdem absolut geil...

  • I love Foetus!!!!!

  • Woa....this one is new to me. Im slow from heroin.

  • @barrydeez hugs and kisses, your truly, reality

  • how he mixes everything together is pure art every song he has has a meaning of great importance

  • lyrics anyone?

  • Havent heard him until I looked him up for Venture Brothers, which is an amazing theme song.

    Dudes versatile, great stuff

  • J.G. is a genious

  • i feel like i am half the views on this

    so obsessed

  • regret the time you slept

would be the intended educational lyric

    pay attention

  • cool departure from Foetus normal shit

  • 'Love' is my favorite Foetus album. ^_^ How I love Mr. Thirlwell's work.

  • Trippy....O__o

  • this song would be a awesome as a instrumental song

  • interesting..i like how the chorus..doesnt really change melody..its kinda cool

  • beautifully twisted as always :-)

  • Still don't know why this band isn't playing in arenas...

  • gospel according to Jim

  • Just buy this album everyone.

I traveled from Seattle to Portland with this

and remember the album more than a lot of the trip.

  • J.G. Thirwell has an ability to find and combine sounds that were never meant to be heard together. His ability to orchestrate music is like some kind of modern day Bach.

  • love him! :D

  • He's so fk'n good it's fk'n scary!

  • It could be argued that he superseded industrial music long ago..... No one really comes close to his brilliance.

  • depends, boyd and p.orridge staked a claim on that dubious honor pre-1981 with their experiments. who's to say?

  • I see what you are saying, but early T.G. was more along the lines of experimental noise. Thirlwell has taken their works as a starting point and elevated to a higher level, to the point where calling his music "industrial" almost fails to do it justice.

  • "the rodney dangerfield of industrial"

  • wow you got that!

yep the song is really nice and title is also very brilliant.

  • This song rules.

  • i love slash myself..kick-ass album. me love foetus

  • Anyone recommend some Foetus album? I'm just hooked on this man!

  • i would recommend nail, it's probably his best album (definitely my personal favorite)

after that, probably hole, and love, and ache if you're feeling adventurous

  • thanks.

  • Google soulseek, then look up his website.

After that, SUPPORT HIM, directly from his website, he sacrificed fame, we owe to him!

  • Thanks.

I got a Nail album a few weeks ago. really enjoying it. i'll visit his website soon or late.

  • very good song

  • they there is no brain behind J G Thrilwell's eyes, there is only satan

  • Yahooooo!

  • mad genius

  • J.,G. THIRWILL He only needs 2 notes to make fucking noise

  • Two notes is a fucking LUXURY with thirlwell; he does well enough with just one.

  • @violentinthedark23 He's not using those two notes for noise, he uses it to begin the beat of the song. I've never heard anyone orchestrate like he does. This song is brilliantly assembled.

  • i wonder what Tracy Lawrence had to say about this song

  • He'd probably say "Damn that J.G. Thirwell guy really rocks!"

  • At first I thought the constant piano in the background was annoying, but I quickly became addicted to this song after a few listens.

  • its jim foetus gone commercial but its one cracking track. I love it :o)

  • Word up! And i actually like the singing in this one.

  • foetus will kill you all voice effects or not suckers of mainstream cock

  • its in favorits right now :p hehe oh weird the internet cafe over here ..

  • whoa this is sooo aWSOME !! i nevver guessed giving a comment on this acount its just so great :s ahahahaaaa hmm ... great song

  • I think this song and video is quite fantastic. Like the singing, too.

  • 'you're older than you've ever been and now you're even older, and now you're even older, and now you're even older...

TIME! is marching on.. and TIME........

    ...is still marching oooonnn!'

i like music about time. :)

  • So do I. And I thought that this would just be more hip crap, but I enjoy it.

  • Time Marches on! and on... and on.. and on...

  • fucking awesome

  • This is his best album in twenty years.

  • wicked.

  • 1:01 he looks evil. lol great song tho im gonna put it on my ipod.

  • JG Thirlwell is a master mind, and a masterpiece.

  • Foetus es la neta!!!!

  • kinda cool

  • He's so weird... verry hard to understand...

that's what I like from him...

    He was my hero

  • Foetus is amazing!!!!!!

  • catchie and good,indeed.

  • its kinda catchie :P!!!

  • What in the hell is that weird ass molecule?

  • at a guess... methylene dioxy meth amphetamine. or in other words... acid

  • Lyserg Säure Dyethylamide is what you're thinking of.

Methylene dioxy meth amphetamine is what it sounds like.

  • this must be the newest clip ever of foetus

there still busy ,i like that .. keep id going thirwell

  • Epic pop song.That's it!

  • this is like some kind of demented, epic pop song

  • Great stuff. I love Thirlwell's music.

  • Great video, great song. It's my new favourite foetus.

  • I just keep comming back to this song, something about it is just so compelling. That and the fact that Foetus doesn't get old, It's been my favorite band for about 10 years now, and i still think he rocks!

  • Jim Thirwell >>>> you.

  • Couldn't have said it better myself!

  • It occured to me, were you listening to the music when you thought "this guy sounds a bit nasal, and he looks kinda like liam gallagher" Foetus has not, and will not ever be about his voice. He is not a traditional singer, but something in his music gives us his fans something we could NEVER get anywhere else. The man may well be a genius.

  • Thank you.

  • Best Foetus video I can remember. J.G. just gets better with age.

  • theres a much much higher quality version on foetus's website btw, foetus d0t org

  • great song, great video, love it :)

  • Incredible!

  • This is not industrial. White house is industrail. Jim is just better and better every time.

  • i dont understand why people think NIN when refering to industrial, when we all know reznor borrowed his style of singing from Thirlwel and Watts of PIG....NIN is crap industrial

  • yeah NIN suck industrials dick

    FOETUS is IT

  • jim thirwell saves us all from mediocrity

  • Well said xeti. I cannot believe how long this guy has been kicking ass and still doing it as such a high level. Jim/Clint/Foetus is amazing.

  • WOW, IS VERY GOOD!!!

  • excellent song, amazing album.

  • Its ironic that he is doing animated videos now considering he does the theme for VENTURE BROS on adult swim he also is a good producer and remixer for other artists

  • autumnMorales ur right!!!

  • Excellent song

  • cant... stop... watching this rocks!!!!

  • he is god

  • whoa is this new? looks like his new style cant tell how old the dood is cuz hes a cartoon now

  • thx for posting, as always mr thirwell does nicely :)

  • And I'm sure he animated every frame with loving care...

  • oh thanks so much for posting this vid!

  • This...is one of the greatest things I have ever seen. Now you may say I need to get out more but I say you cant go wrong with Foetus. I once sold cranberries to J.G. Thirwell at a Norwegian farmers market, he's really short and he smelled like cinnamon.

  • AWESOME!

  • Cartoon Foetus, eh? Cute. The animation's really cool-looking.

  • this is awesome... truly one of the best videos i've seen in a long time!

  • Great! Thanks for this!!!
