what would be a good set of repetitions if I'am a beginner at this? Because my lower back arches too much which causes my poor posture. I do other exercises my PT presented me but i would like to try this as well to vary my activity. I'm 19 and actually started my PT exercises a few days ago.
Great series. Please keep these videos online. They're an amazing inspiration and substitute the inconvenience of finding a gym with ALL the necessary machines needed, in particularly for the lower body, during strength training for soccer!

Abs Exercise are Ok lower abs are best trained with legs raises ,Do 45 mins of Cardio at least 3 times a week combined with a good diet
