@TasBlue123 Alternative Reality Game. The radios in every level had messages in them. Some where morse code, some pictures and 1 was sth different, that I can't remember. The pictures had numbers on them. The numbers formed an MD5 hash which transkated into a BBS username and password. The BBS contained some very low quality pictures of Portal 2. That's the ARG Valve pulled off.

As much as I hope it's actual audio from Ep. 3 (which would show they're ACTUALLY WORKING ON IT FOR ONCE!), it could just be distorted dialogue from HL2 when you're in Kleiner's lab after Nova Prospect.
