This was very helpful. The only other successful way I have seen to do those dramatic victory rolls is with a hair rat (yuck).

As a hairstylist she did a great job. Actually not washing your hair everyday would give it more to hold onto.

Remember your victory rolls should be sisters not twins, they should not be exactly the same
