If you lose your holy water or die and wish to fight the boss as Trevor get an axe and run up next to the right side of the middle ledge if you are quick and start chucking axes immediately the boss will get stuck in the middle and go down fast as well. The #1 error most people make is trying to kill it with crosses. He will wipe the floor with you 9 times out of ten with that weapon and the battle will boil down to pure luck.

While "Riddle" is an awesome tune, i find it much more befitting a boss theme rather than just for a normal level, especially how the intro leads in to it. Thankfully they used it for the final boss theme in Adventure ReBirth.

I just remembered something now that you keep mentioning the music.

Play the japanese version of the game. It was able to utilize the superior audio chip in the famicon (as opposed to the one in the NES) and the music sounds so much better.

@jadczak Yeah but the game is easier as damage is dealt based on the type of enemy that hits you.

the only game my sister and i ever really played together was dragon warrior for some weird reason. I played it on an emulator the other day and i honestly dont know why we were so obsessed with it as kids.
