i loved this game..but Resident Evil 4 had a better foretelling of the plot and far more challenging unlockables which is why i prefer RE4 over RE5 its more realistic in terms of survival and planning plus they could have at least had Claire Redfield and Leon Scott Kennedy to have some part in this game since they were all either after Wesker or were aware of him which Leon was being that he never faced Wesker

I think the dumbest part of this game is that when the chick dies, you die..... and have to start the level over. Can someone explain to me why they did that?

so that you not only have to care for yourself and care for your partner also like it would be in real life, if you are in a team you cant be always taking care of yourself, in here Sheva helps you, but you have to help her too

yeah but in real life, if the person that is helping you dies, you are still alive....... take war for example.

but in a game when the protagonist dies, the game ends, Sheva is the co-protagonist with Chris and you can play as her also

I just dont like it how the game ends if she dies thats all...... Even if they did something where once she dies, some dude comes out of nowhere with a chainsaw and cuts your head off... i would be fine with that. At least then, the game reset would be justified........ but i hate how the game just ends out of nowhere when she dies, even if you arent even close to her or enemies.

Then again its teamwork reinforcing, you should have noted how they used the same "come on" command as in Outbreak, so you have to guide your partner.

You may like it or not, but it adds something new to the game that makes it more difficult and for me thats something that i enjoy. In RE 4 were rare the ocassions were i got killed during gameplay, and lets remember that this game its like "RE 4 in HD" so this will be more of a challenge to beat

i would've liked this game for wii...it's a shame that nintendo company didn't improve the graphics...they improved the gameplay for most of its game....i played RE4 for wii and i really liked it...i'd really liked that this RE5 could be played on wii....:(...

Its not that they can't set it up, Its immpossible for the Wii's engine to support graphics like this, and they would literally need to redo the game to make to compatable to the Wii.

And if your going to get tough on the computer... it doesn't really work when you hide behind your computer screen, you have to actually get out of your house, I know its tough. So when you get tough, its just funny because it just proves your a pussy.

You never played RE4 did you? If you did, you'd know to shoot them in the leg first so they fall to take others down and then knife them on the ground to safe ammo. Shooting them in the head is no stronger than shooting them in the leg, believe me, I would know. Plus, in RE4, if you shot them in the head you had a better chance to bring out they're Las Plagas, which is hard as shit to kill.

Maybe for the game only made for PS3, of course, if it didn't, it would be pointless to have Blu Ray in the PS3. But like games for 360 and PS3, RE5, have the same graphics.

Well, Hardcore RE Fans like me and you don't care about the graphics... I honestly don't care about this game at all, I just want it for the storyline, but for people like that; which probably started playing at RE4, they don't care about the plot... they think its another shooter w/ Co-op in it, and thats what I was afraid of. To be honest, I think Capcom ruined the series by putting Co-op in it... the 3rd person view is okay, but I guess we have to deel with it.

It makes me laugh to here Kojima say he could not make MGS4 for XBOX360. Here is a game with

true graphics/smooth gameplay. Not chock full of CGI scenes like MGS4. You get what the promo vid shows. So Kojima whats up? LOL Capcom can program. :)

MGS4 is on the blu-ray disc only becus it is stightly bigger than the dvd rom only slighty so i reacon xbox should get a next gen syphon filter and kick MGS ASS

Why are we comparing this to MGS4 XD? MGS4 is incredible... and I never even played it. I love the cutscenes, its like a movie with in depth story, I like that. And at least MGS stuck with it's roots rather change into a Co-op shooter like RE.

I'm not saying cut scenes are bad for any game. However, MGS4 over use of cut scenes is a rip off. The gameplay moves like the old RE

games. RE: 4/5 should have been Kojima's template for MGS4. I played the game it is slow and boring. I like to play a game not watch a movie. I'm not wasting 60 bucks on a game to watch it and not play it. I bet when the full game comes out MGS4 will be a distant memory. LOL
