@elbarbosa1 bro. i solved my problem already all you have to do is training..the more i pratice the more i do it with ease ...from time to time i always equalise when i feel the pressure under water.....just practice bro

@Dimebag707 please practice in a pool. It sounds like you are having equalizing problems. I know some divers that take sutafed before their dive to make sure their nasal passage is extra clear. You might need to also.
