i have a little tip for the gate....u see the gates have like an overhang from its frame, so from the outside it would make more sense of it went inwards( facing the castle ) also most gates are facing inwards, for example minas tirith in lotr.

Im pretty sure that orcs are big open pit miners i saw this on Lord of the rings 2 and in skyrim so in that empty space in between the wall and the actually stronghold so you should have HUGE open pit mines there also what @123joebob3 said and do some raiding camps and ruins outside/inside the walls :) your amazing at building keep it up.

I love the city, when your done you should do some awesome teraforming not just the mountains areound the the city, you should also make some ruins, army camps and farms and stuff and maybe like a bunch of bones from a giant dinosuar kind of thing somewhere in the desert not to far from the city, it could make the city look more awesome when approaching it and maybe some crappy stalls in front of the city

I think this setllemaent does not fit the orcs, and you said this city is the biggest one, what would mean that so much orcs live in this world that they could easily kill all other races. I think it would be even more awesome if this would be like a lost culture or darkdwarfs or elves who live their and all this is build by their slaves (you :P) etc.

Aren't orcs like small creatures, so how about in stead of doubling the size of that other building, you halve the size of the orc's building. It seems too organised and too much invoking a sense of grandeur, whereas orcs, in my opinion, should invoke only a slight nausea and a sense of disorder and disgust. Wouldn't you agree a bit though?

No, Orcs are usually human-sized or even bigger.

They are also usually very violent and barbaric.
