lmao, I love how fake it looks. Something to keep in mind when making videos like that is don't focus the camera on the dummy the second it's being hit, in reality the cameraman wouldn't have been able to track the subject that fast, the clip is cut and when the dummy is hit in the next clip the camera is already tracking it from the previous camera position. If you pay close enough attention you can see a difference in light before and a split second after the hit. :)
