Oil isnt the only key to the good social structure in Norway. It is as a crossroad with plenty of directions. Look at Iran for instance, Plenty of Oil, but the premises were faint, Oil has also been a source of problems since Operation Ajax.

Oil was essential for the current Norwegian Models' prevalence, just as Ink was essential for a book that was written by hand.

There is much more to it than just Oil, some human effort, and a lot of coincidences leading far back in time.

Well it is not that bad in Oslo compared to other European cities. It's just that in Oslo they are (placed) very viewable for the public, that doesn't mean it is worse than other cities it's just that we see them so well in Oslo, anyways most of those heavy drug addicts are harmless, there are worse things in Oslo now a days, like mafia structured gypsy groups inducing waves of burglaries.
