It's nice to have a mall there, but really highways need to be built running to Western Iraq so these people can go to a place they can call home.

I've been saying this for years and received no funding for this idea; It is to ship out all the Pallies to Western Iraq, the US govt compensates them with $200 billion, and, have the US military build them basic infrastructure.there. Funding this idea helps make it happen sooner. Failure to fund and promote this plan prevents it from happening.
