So did u build this entirely out of depron? I live in germany, and I can't find any store that sells depron...

What is the thinnest poliesteryne sheets one can get?

It is actually not depron but "selitron innendämmplatte 6mm". I think the two are about the same. you can get selitron in allmost every baumarkt ;)

but 6 mm is way too thick! I want something that is maybe 2 or 1 mm, so I can bend it easily, to get the shape of a wing for example...

6mm worked ok for me.. i used a heat gut to bend it. im sure u could save a few gramms in weight using a 3mm selitron (not sure whether they sell that)..

yeah, too bad I don't have a heatgun... do u think I could do it with a soldering gun (I have no idea how to spell that...)?
