  • Very good song! How did you get the notify sound to loop so nicely to create the flute sound? I tried it, but I can't get it to loop seamlessly. It looks very much like a sine wave, so I have tried looping a single wave, and multiple waves.

  • If Windows was an RPG...

    Very nice!

  • @NASAjunkie: ... I would be at level 315336 by now :P

    Thanks :)

  • love it 0____0

  • @MokerEntertainment: Great! :)

  • Thanks. :) I guess... XD

  • Truly an amazing piece of pure art. You should have gotten accepted into the Warner. Music. Company. That is some talent, that you have.

  • Thanks :)

  • This is really nice! I like what you did with the beat at 1:19 nice addition to an already beautiful excerpt!

Oh and nice sea breeze like effects through out parts of the excerpt.

Just curious but have you heard of a guy callled Ronald Jenkees that also makes music and shares it on Youtube

  • Wow this is beautiful. Very soothing.

  • Thanks. Glad you like it. :)

  • Wow...Wow man...this is really sublime :)

You really got some talent in you, why aren't you a big name composer?

  • I guess I haven't found out how to up-size the font yet. :D But I dunno, I haven't been asked yet, nor did I activelly searched for a record deal.

  • I'm not quite sure how this program works that you're using...You're using sounds that have been implemented into XP and 98 to make music?

  • Yeah, basically... :P

  • i'm jealous of your skills. i'm really starting to get past the noob stages of fruity loops gettting more serious. i really want to make beats and you're some good inspiration. thanks LPCHIP. Looking for that next program to start mastering. Do you know of anything like LOGIC that is for the pc though?

  • Everyone is good at something, and they all get good at it by experience. I have 14 years of experience in making music on the pc. :)

Unfortunatelly I only master my songs in MODPlug Tracker, the same program I use to make music in. Perhaps you can use Fruitty Loops to master in too.

  • nice gast echt.

    petje af.

    ;P

  • Dank je :)

  • Wow, relaxing. The sound of the flute is perfect and the wind-ish effect was a neat way to end it, too.

  • he Sucks!!!.. ah just joking.. gj:P chip

  • Lol, Omri, you still have the same humor! :D

  • it sounds very relaxing...when i hear this i picture light rain on a sunny day...haha that's just my vision!

  • Is there a xm/it version to download?

  • I'm affraid not. This is due to the reverb and echo I've added.

  • Loving your work mmy friend!

  • thank for putting it available on downloading mode :)

  • SICK... Love how you modulated the flute sound (trying to figure out which windows sound that is).

^_^ NICE JOB! (Also wondering what program that is)

    I MEAN MAULBANE, I'M MAULBANE --

    Likes this.

  • True to working with what you got.

  • Sounds a bit like Xerxes :D

  • Thanks everyone :D

  • It's nice but the original used only Windows sounds. This isn't anything unusual since Modplay from more than a decade ago.

  • This song also only uses windows sounds. True, I did add pitch and volume envelopes as well as trimming some samples, but they remain the windows sounds.

  • Well, that's pretty freaking awesome; saw this on Nifflas'forums. :D

  • I loved it. :)

  • Great Job :D

  • very good tracker skills!!!

  • Great job. Barely recognized the sounds used, amazing what you can do with a tracker.

  • Thanks :)

I've chosen to use the sounds and make something as nice as possible without caring for recognisable sounds, because it was restricting me too much. I made song (well partially) which had the sounds more recognisable, but it wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. So thats why I chose to restart and this time don't care for making it recognisable that much. You can still hear it, but as you pointed out, barelly, which is good enough for me :D

  • Woah, good job, LPChip! I didn't think you'd actually make it. 5/5 for an ambient piece. :D

  • Thanks :D
