The thing is, South Ossetia was separate from Georgia ever since 1992, so it's not longer part of Georgia. Therefore all the actions that Georgia took to commit "Ethnic Cleansing" was a clear sign of aggression, and because most of the people there had Russian passports, it means that they are Russian citizens, so Russian obviously couldn't watch it's people get killed, so we sent troops in. And if you love America so much, guess what, they also admitted that Georgia started this.
