A guitarist friend of mine named Luis Grimaldi once asked me to write him some guitar pieces. I tried but as much as I love the instrument, it felt quite alien to me. He told me it was just like writing for violin. Still, I couldn't get there. I envy you here. It's beautiful Matthew!

Yes, the sound module used for this one is Edirol Virtual Sound Canvas. The nylon string guitar, and a few other little tricks thrown in that I've learned over the years.

Funny you should say that, Dan. There's a piece I'm currently working on that's for baroque orchestra. There's about 12 instruments in there, so it's going to take some effort to do it justice as far as a recording is concerned.

The idea I have for a video will be equally troublesome, since I'm probably going to have to shoot it myself.
