just so people know this is up to date but i would recommend getting an anti poison totem from dunge for 40k tokens (so you can never get poisoned) if your going to do the pyramid plunder way

bonbloc i only got 25 days lft on members ship and i only want 1-99 my 2 top stats are 76 fletch 80 cooking i want fletch since i like the cape more i only have 2.6mil so plz help me out i watched your fletch guide and i cant figure out which to do yew logs to longbow (u) or buy the longbows (u) and string them i find it more demotivating to only do 14 bows per inventory and only going up 1k xp a time i can do 28 bows a min = 1680 bows an hour=126k xp per hour which isnt that great but plz help

Also if you enter chopped onion on the G.E. database you can buy it...

I don't agree with your level guide for the early levels. You shouldn't pickpocket the highest thing you can simply because it is a pain in the arse being stunned every 2nd time.
