  • Wth just happened?!!

  • Does anyone know what the pipe cleaner men were called... I remember an episode of them getting stuck in a mixmaster...... any help appreciated...

  • Blue sounds a bit like Pingu.....

  • Hoorah. The Red and the Blue at long last. Wunderbar. Back in the early to mid 70s my twin brother and I used to argue over which of us was more like which character. LOL. We want more and we want a collection on DVD too.

  • brings back memories, what language are they speaking?

  • Its a pity this is the only one i could find!! love this! need more episodes :P

  • red was always so angry ...

  • I remember watching The Red and the Blue on Nickelodeon and on the Captain Kangaroo show. Only Captain Kangaroo would talk through the whole cartoon telling us what was going on.

  • HOLY SHIT - the bag eats his stuff and it dissappears! this is an information paradox. someone call stephen hawkings

  • wooooow!!

  • when i was a kid this scared me a little bit

  • it is a bit freaky

  • Never thought I'd see this again! Been missing it since childhood and am overjoyed to see it!! They used to play on the Disney Channel/Nickelodeon between kid shows. My siblings all remember "Red" and "Blue" and will be so excited to see this!

  • Wow, so that is the name of that. I have one clip of that as well on DVD, shown in the german show "spass am dienstag", so great! :)

  • very nostalgic, got couple on one of my videos, if i somehow get em working will upload myself few here, but thanks for sharing with us!

  • Thank you for the upload! Viva the red and the blue!

  • i bet they couldn't translate what red and blue are saying becuase half the time red is swearing.

  • this was brill

  • lol, "available now on album, cassette, or indestructible CD".

    that's pretty damn humourous!

  • FANTASTIC is on of my chialdhood cartoons, one of my favorite!!!

  • fantastic and crazy old aussie ads at the end .. "available on ... indestructible cd" remember that? thanks for posting this.

  • NO MA Q MIEDO

  • Thank you for uplaoding this! 80s childhood nostalgia!!! So great to see so many people remember it :]

  • BELLISSIMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • We need to get a petition going to get L&H films to release these on DVD.

  • @QRhuggies They did, Mio Mao was released on Milkshake Treats.

  • Love it! My brother and I used watch this everyday, then we'd kill ourselves laughing 'talking' like Red and Blue!!

  • Haha...I've been trying to find this for ages and now here it is. I love youtube :)

  • Does anyone know if this was made by the same people that made the kids show Mew & Miaw (spelling?)

  • Yes made by Francesco Misseri at L&H Films.

  • wow. I loved this series on bbc, are there any more. There was agreat one with a super car and a traffic cop! Any ideas??

  • I remember that one! The red had a really souped up dragster and the blue was pretending to be a motorcycle cop. By the end of the cartoon the blue had reduced it to a tiny car!

  • Has these been released on VHS or dvd at all?

  • I emailed the people at L&H films several months ago and unfortunately they don't have these on DVD :( .

  • That was a great show. Especially after a couple of bongs.

  • I THINK THIS IS THE GREATEST THING MANKIND HAS EVER CREATED...used to be on CBBC when they couldn't get John Craven to read the News 'cos of a hangover

  • HAHA best comment ever :]

  • FINALLY!

Been looking for this for a loooooonng time!

    Merci

  • absolutely amazing

  • I don't know, perhaps it was used on BBC, altho it seems a little too 'random' for them, I always thought it was C4

  • dunno about you but it was on the abc like 30-35 years ago in australia as a childrens show.

  • Children's show... I thought at the time that it was strictly 'adults only' viewing. (But then it took me until I was twenty one to realise that Adventure Island wasn't listed on any Admiralty Charts.)

  • I'm from England and i know this show, it used to be on channel 4 at completely random times when they needed to fill in time. The way red talks sounds like john lennon on the last bit of 'you know my name look up the number'

  • Yes, thats exactly how i remember it being used in the UK, but i thgought it was the BBC !?

  • Great fun.

  • Pour les francos qui viennent de revoir ceci:

Il n'y avait pas que Passe-Partout qui avait un contenu éducatif pendant cette période...

Je suis vraiment content d'avoir revue cette bande ...

  • My daughter and I loved Red and Blue, how cool to see it again!!!! esp as she is nearly 20 now!!! lol

  • Oh my god! I havent seen this in so long! Over 10 years!

  • Yep another Aussie here remembering this as a kid! lol.

  • holy hell! FLASHBACK!

  • Is it sad that my favorite part was the Australian commercial at the end?

  • The guy just wants to chill with his monte cristo no.4

  • Fantastic! Remember this on Thames TV back in the 70s!!

I recall it being on quite late in the evening; rather an odd time slot- and the stories were totally out of it- probably just like the filmmakers!!!

This was the episode I remember best- thank you soooo much for posting it!!!

  • Another Aussie who remembers it from afternoon ABC Goodies time. "Mmmmmmbah!"

  • Thank you for posting this...incredible, fantastic! I was addicted to this show. Wonderful how this Italian TV series could become so much a part of life in Australia!

  • lol hehe!!! this is soooooooooooooo good!!

  • I grew up with this show in Australia and remember hoping that it would come on next. I don't think it was really clear when it was scheduled since it'd be between shows (like the Goodies and Catweazel) on the Abc, which was really just the Bbc in disguise. Great, thanks for posting this

  • Put more up!

  • I english amd I loved this show. It's funny to adults aswell and thires no luangige barrier.

  • We had a lot of this here in Brazil when I was a little kid. I loved it. Where did you get it from???
