I just recieved on of these. I really wanted it to work. But, this first one takes five to eight Hard pulls before you get anything going after fully charging the battery. Nothing like clip here. But didn't have to bad of a taste. More like the smell of a pipe than cig. I am awaiting the outcome of a replacement or return. will update. the first one took seven to eight days for delivery.

I did get a response from email about a week after I sent it.. they offered me to return the unit. I had by then given up. However.. I did mess with the unit I had and for some reason it started working better.. not great but better.. I used it a few times..never getting thru 1 cart or battery and tossed it to the side.. I continue to smoke.. and look at this in it's box.. sigh
