@srdamman Good Question: The jumpmat is a great way to provide biometric feedback while working out. Lots of our athletes are working hard to develop rate of force development, so using the numbers from the jump mat help us from overreaching, or overtraining our athletes. The energy return from the jump mat is going to be very similar to any rubberized gym flooring or interlocking tiles, so extra cushioning is not really a factor.
