Then do some port and polish work and swap an S2 intake on it. It would have over 200 hp in a 2400lbs car. Plenty of people build 944's. A very lightly modded and chipped 944 beats LS3 Vettes in a straight line as well as on the track. Good luck getting a 240 to do that for 7k without an I6 swap.

It has perfect weight distribution and is undoubtedly one of the best handling production cars. Porsche decided to build a race car. It was one of the first successful production cars with a turbo. There is plenty to respect about it. There is nothing to respect about a rwd grocery getter nissan. Do you see a 944/951 daily? Probably not unless your neighbor has one.
