Well, it all depends on what you like. Do you like Midnight Club games more, or do you like Need for Speed games more??? I was struggling with this so I just bought both. Problem solved. I'm a huge fan of NFS, but I would have to say that between these two games Midnight Club is the better of the two. But that's just me. Hope this helped. If you still can't decide what to do, just buy both. It will be better in the long run. There both great games, but Undercover is a bit too easy...
