  • do u eva use brak barrels#

  • What is the air rifle product name ? I wanna know .

  • @krisna1375 Its a 30ft/lb .22cal pcp powered Theoben MFR air rifle.

  • @HuntersVermin Nice Rifle & nice shoot, keep it up .

  • @krisna1375 Thanks i'l try.

  • nice shooting! keep the videos coming

  • good shots i like all your vids nuffin better than bein outdoors shooting rabbits

  • just watched your dvd good shooting with gun and camera from Ahoghill myself

  • what kind of range finder do you use

  • how much fps is your gun and what cal is it

  • nice shots man!

  • @ModernNorseman Thanks.

  • 30flbs u meant to say 12flbs

  • @phishitaac No i use an FAC air rifle with 30ft/lb of power.

  • @HuntersVermin ahh thought u could only use a 12 ft-lbs gun there .. anyway love the videos and accent ... keep both coming.!!

  • all your video are very good and class rifle and do u think a single shoot .410 wood be any good for hunting rabbit

  • I've been watching all you videos and have enjoyed all of them!! Just started air gun hunting ( Prairie Dogs) last summer in Montana (yes, I'm a Yank!). Have a Air Wolf .22 and have really enjoyed hunting with it. Look forward to more of your videos. Great hunting!!

  • whats the air rifle you use ?

  • Where are you from. Great hunting tho

  • I love eating rabbit. The ones down in south texas are smaller and the meat is naturally spicy,

  • how do yo tell if they are heavy dough rabbits

  • @TheSleighbo If you have the time to sit and watch them without the rabbits spotting you the pregnant does will look very heavy with very little belly fur as they pluck this to line there nest. The bucks will usually have torn ears from fighting and can be seen chasing the does.

  • How do you cook a rabbit? not sure it would taste good. I'd use it for bait

  • @Dalem554 First, skin & paunch (gut) the rabbit then use the meat for all sorts of recipes - you can find all you need to know here on YT. Try simmering the rabbit carcass long and slow (I use a slow cooker which will take 2 large rabbits). Cook for about 4 hours then take the meat off the bones - there are lots and they can be a nuisance. Make rabbit pie, casserole, curry or anything else you would use chicken in; it tastes similar. Hope this helps.

  • your useing a 30ftlb air rifle? would 12ftlb do the job too?

  • Wow! you are just a really corageous hunter, man!. What a dangerous animals you hunt. I'd like to see you naked (with no weapons) hunting a lion. I'm sure you'd look quite ...excited?

  • "I'm 18 and and my hobbies are dressing up like a marine, creeping around in the hayfield and killing bunnies"

  • how long do you spend on a day out hunting?

  • what do you do with those dead rabbis?

  • @mike82y I eat some of them the rest i ether feed to my cats or use as bait for crows and magpies.

  • They're tryin to eat me lucky charms!

  • How do you get permission to use the land your on? Plenty of fields near me but not sure where to go to make sure im allowed to shoot there.

  • Nice commentary and great video ;-)

  • thanx for the vids m8, lost intrest in hunting but your vids got me right back in to it :) cheers

  • @englishtwat1984 Glad you got back into the game again.

  • @HuntersVermin yeah me 2, bin missing out. nice shooting two and vids keep them coming please. u from scotland or ireland bud?

  • @englishtwat1984 I am from Northern Ireland.

  • kaka, thế là có món thịt thỏ.

  • your precision is unparalleled

  • @TheHouDeani Thank you.

  • This takes me back to my airgun days as a lad,i shoot rimmys now but theres a lot more field craft needed with these weapons, well done good vid,

  • @TheFattyFattyFatty Thank you glad you liked it.

  • how can i attract more rabbits to my area??

  • @dustrock0725 I don't think that you can attract rabbits into an area as i know plenty of farmland that has no rabbits on it at all. But if they are there and there is plenty for them to eat then just leave them alone and let rabbits do what rabbits do best for a few yaers and there will be plenty of them. But the farmer might not be too happy.

  • @HuntersVermin i saw a rabbit a couple of weeks ago but i havent seen any since then what do u think i should to to get them to come to won spot

  • Rabbit stew tonight !!

  • nice kills. see the thing here is they hardly ever stop tell they hit cover so u have like 2 seconds to have a good shot. other than that you have to spook them and hit them on the run :/

  • good every good,brazil

  • @kikosousa87 Thanks.

  • What cammo pattern do you have on and where did you buy it from m8

  • what is the best air rifle caliber to hunt birds with like a .22 or a .177 ? im on a budget of £200 so can some one please message me the best calliber and maybe suggest a good air rifle. thanks

  • @xXxblackmagikxXx I have always liked the .22cal as it has more knock down power so good for heart shots but the .177 even with heavier pellets (10grain +) will shot faster and flatter but might be better for head shots on the bigger stronger crows. There a few air rifles for £200 powerful enough for hunting from Hatsan etc but the new kid on the block is the Stoeger x20 suppressed which looks good for the money.

  • @HuntersVermin thank you for your help

  • how can you pick them up strate away ...they could hav diseases ?

  • @antonycaesar Its just a simple lip squeak made by ether sucking air through your lips or on the back of your hand.

  • What would be the preferred fps on a .22 air rifle for rabbits?

  • @BigPeteSaturn It will differ with different pellets but anything around or above 570fps should give about 11.5ft/lb which is fine for rabbits out to 35-40 yards so long as you can do your part.

  • @HuntersVermin Thanks so much! Keep up the good vids!

  • Nice gun but what I am wondering is what time of year is it? Spring!

  • @VerminHuntar Thanks, This was filmed in the summer time.

  • very nice rifle, and awesome shots =D

  • @VivaLaBamUrDead Thank you.

  • are you Irish?

  • @kierancamo92 Close enough, i am from Northern Ireland.

  • where did you pick up the camo, surplus store?

  • I like your videos! Very well done. I feel like I am watching a documentary on rabbit hunting :)

I grew up shooting rabbits and squirrels with an air rifle and I think I will take it up again.

  • @smithp67 Thank you glad that you liked them.

  • Hello lad, i have a question, should i buy the Crosman 2240, or the Hatsan 13 5,5 mm...?

btw, i want to be able to hunt with it.

    //Cheers.

  • @45plop1 I couldn't find the Hatsan 13 but the Crosman 2240 is an air pistol which crosman don't even recomend for hunting.

  • @HuntersVermin ok, i accidentally wrote "Hatsan 13" what i meant was all of the hatsan 5,5 air rifles, which one do you recommend?

  • @45plop1 Oh right, take your pick they all are powerfull enough for hunting except the Mod 35s and 33, but i do like the look of the Mod 135 and 85s as they come with a sound moderator, plus the Mod 125 sniper looks cool.

  • do you always shoot with your FAC 30ft/lbs rifle?

I have noticed on a few of your videos that most of the rabbits bleed quite a lot, I take it this is because your pellets travel at such a velocity will go straight through the head causing a much bigger wound.

I also wondered why you shoot at such short ranges when using a 30ft/lbs air rifle, although I have watched you drop them at 60 yards.

would it be easier to shoot them from longer ranges rather than trying to get closer to them?

  • @pauleybezzer999 I use my 30ft/lb rifle for the rabbits mostly and the BSA with 14ft/lb for crows and pigeons around farm yards and hide shooting unless i need to shoot at ranges longer than 40 yards. Even a 12ft/lb rifle will punch a pellet right through a rabbits head at 30+ yards and you usually get a thick blob of blood from the rabbits ear hole after a good head shot. Plus getting as close as you can your target always makes it easier to hit.

  • @HuntersVermin that explains why you are always aware and careful when picking your target to make sure there is nothing behind it that could be damaged or injured. lol, I think I would too with such a powerful rifle.

I do prefer shooting at closer ranges, sometimes a shot at longer ranges is the only way to make a clean kill if the rabbits are on high alert.

I have noticed blood after taking a rabbit with a head shot, but I noticed that some of yours bled a bit more than normal.

  • @666husar Thanks glad you liked it.

  • really nice to see someone with an air rifle that doesn't think they are in the SAS, excellent videos, great shooting.

  • @joshuajatens Thank you glad you liked them.

  • Nice kills mate

  • @tablejokes Thank you.

  • wow yall must b run over with rabbits there

  • Hey guys I need a very powerful pelletgun with a high fps and is quiet

  • is it a break barrell

  • @laiton12 No it is a pcp powered air rifle.

  • Danish Army... I am from Denmark <3 !

  • is 500 fps is enought to hunt??

  • @callmeviny In .177 no as you will only have about 4.6 ft/lb of energy but in .22 you will have about 8.3 ft/lb which is low but ok for about 25-30 yards.

  • hey cool vdo man..can u till me whats the bullet speed on your rifle ?

    i got mine in 695 /second.

  • @palis911 Thanks, its pushing a 21grain pellet at about 832fps.

  • 3:33 Thats some sexy shit!

  • @torquebow776 Thank you but please no swearing.

  • Im new to this,But do air rifles shoot pellets too?

  • @torquebow776 Yes.

  • i love it :D?

  • @MayAyalaqDeeCohenv Thanks.

  • Do you not shoot foxes matey?

  • @247sniper I have in the past when i have been close enough 30 yards or so with high powered air rifles and a head shot but i wouldn't go out purposefully looking for foxes with an air rifle.

  • So around what time do you hit the field? I haven't hunted rabbits before but u make it look really fun.

  • @oakland002 I like to hunt for rabbits a few hours before dark in the nice summer nights but first light is good too.

  • do you need a license for a pcp air gun because im planing to buy a FX Typhoon PCP .22 or Bam XS-B50 PCP air Rifle .177 and they arent letting me buy it. and were is it possible to get a license

  • @snakeshitz323 check the airgun laws in your country. what exactly do you mean " they aren't letting you buy it"??

  • @46FreddieMercury91 if its over 12ft/lbs you will need a section 1 firearms license, hard to obtain unless you own a farm and have genuine reason to require one, shooting rabbits for fun or food aint a good enough reason... i tried.... so your best bet is to get a air rifle as close to 12ft/lbs as possible, any one over the age of 18 is legally aloud to, i own one which is 11.2ft/lbs (chrono tested) and it does the job however forget the 40 yards+ shots unless you want to try your luck...

  • @snakeshitz323 You will have to check the air rifle laws in your own country as they will be different from Northern Ireland where i live.

  • Hey, whats the most suitable air rifle for hunting for under £150

  • Now may i ask something....MR.HunterVermin could u tell me all yr details of yr Air Rilfe....?? tnx

  • @MrArmodiosGR Its a .22cal 30ft/lb pcp powered Theoben MFR made by Theoben Ltd in England with a 4-16x44 mildot scope and using 21grain Bisley Magnum pellets.

  • @HuntersVermin Tnx very much!!!! mate i Have THe BSA Polaris its a nice Air Rifl.....2day i got a 40 meter pigeon shot! But the funny part is i have no scope, in 2 days it will be here i cant wait! And again tnx and GREAT VIDEOS! keep it going!!

  • @HuntersVermin And i want to ask you one more thing i am! thinking of buying the Gamo Socom 1100, 360 m/sec , What is yr opinion talk free, there is no problem!! tnx allot.

  • I would really like your opinion as it matters much to me, on the S200AA? I will be getting it tom. in the mail. I've seen and heard some really good things. It is very accurate! From what I'm seeing on the vid's. I've got a really nice set up ready for it!! Maybe a little over kill but, might as well have fun with it with the rabbits. Great video as always!!

  • @leftymadrid I have never shot one but Airarms brought the s200 out at first as a target gun for people on a buget and smaler shooters but it proved so good that people started to hunt with it and now there is even a magazine system for it.

  • Hi i enjoy watching your videos and have a question if you have any answers .....do you know how long the springs last on a gun before they become weak ? i have an old weirauch hw35e with the heavy wallnut stock ...a very nice gun but has some age on it around 20 years old maybe a little less but it hasnt been used as much as its age makes it sound ...thanks and keep the videos coming :)

  • @zachpaulhilton It really depends on how much the gun has been used and how long the gun has been cocked before firing when in use, but after 20 years a good service would do it a world of good anyway.

  • @HuntersVermin yea thats for the information i might give it a service or as i have found out my local gun store does cronys for £5 !! so all see the power there

  • @zachpaulhilton Well i think if u had that Rilfe for like 4 years now u would understand it by yr own, well when my spring is weak i can understand it and i change it....!

  • @MrArmodiosGR thanks for the reply but i haven't had it that long ive had it for less than a year my self as it was my grandads before hand .....and so i have no idea my self, its a very good quality gun and was just seeing how long springs last in air rifles ive not had much experience with springed rifles before i have always like the shotgun.

  • @zachpaulhilton NP well if u want you can try changing it ,Not by yr self but go to a Hunting shop or some where that sell Air Guns....But first it would be better to ask yr friends for a good! shot cuz maybe the guy that you go will only wants yr money and nothing els! try doing that! But i think if u are going to keep that rifle you should change it,At a Gamo rifle that i had it was easy 2 change it....(Thats what i think my friend) And sry if my English is bad i am Greek!

  • @MrArmodiosGR thanks for messaging much appreciated im gonna look into it :)

  • Nice shots!

  • @NHJustin Thanks.

  • @HuntersVermin

dude you know any good scope for my rifle? I have the marvic gold from Norica.thx

  • @eternalove4DM Have a look at the Hawke range of scopes, they have something for every one.

  • Great vids! I live in the southwestern desert of the US, our bunnies are small compared to your's but alot of fun to shoot with an air rifle, I also like to blast them with my 12 ga shotgun when I'm out quail hunting. Keep the vids comin!

  • @usmale9112001 Thanks, glad you liked it.

  • Hi mate I'm 14 in two weeks and me mams getting me an air rifle and I was wondering what is the foot per pound pressure limit for a gun that I could have ,without it being against the law and I live in England ??? Please replie ! Sub'd and liked !! :D

  • @MrJoereynolds 12ft/lb is the legal limit for an air rifle in the UK without needing a licence.

  • thank you enjoyed all your vids so far, and looking at getting my first 12lb/ft rifle, which i intend go to a local club to practise.before going hunting

prob s/hand rifle too any recommneds

  • @ballkeeper1 Look for a rifle in good condition were the screws have not been messed up so no one has been poking around inside. Look for a good make Weihrauch, Webley, Airarms etc get the best you can aford. A good spring rifle is cheaper and easier to run than a pcp one.

  • @HuntersVermin thank you, i havent seen a vid on perhaps ,looking over used rifles re what to look for

    maybe you could ?

  • @ballkeeper1 Well the only two things would be if it looks good on the out side has it been serviced on the inside and if it looks beat up and cheap on the out side then don't touch as it probably won't shoot worth a dang.

  • Excellent hunting video mate. ATB. Nige

  • @AirgunTV Thanks.

  • ive started a group on ebay called "air rifle hunting " all is welcome to come take a look. Thanks.

  • @rickyy1234 I must have a look at that thanks.

  • do you shoot fox too??

  • @ballkeeper1 I have shot a few with very high powered air rifles in the past at short range in the head but to be honest i think a rim fire or center fire rifle would be a better tool for the job.

  • can u tell me your camera set up is it scope mounted etc

  • @TheBoofdog Yes i use a scope mounted camera to get the shot and a small tripod for other stuff.

  • GREAT vid as allways

im goin hunting soon 4 my 1st time do u think my b3-f lion underlever SMK would kill rabbits at about 45 yards max

  • @TheRandomronny Sorry i don't know as i cant find out much on how powerful it is.

  • Excellent shots!! Your information given is so helpful,(as always) great stuff mate!

  • @leftymadrid Thank you.

  • Hi hunters soon i am going rabbit stalking for the first time however would you say i need to use my ghillie suit or just normal greens?

  • @SoNicRapiidZzz You'd be fine with normal green or cammo clothing in the summer, but its really movement and the human out line that rabbits spot so move slowly with cover behind you to help hide your out line.

  • hi there cn u do some night video

  • @belgrave1984 I would like to do some night shooting but my camcorder is next to useless at night with a lamp.

  • what Cain of pellet gun do u have

  • Wer do u live?

  • @diego41909 I live in Northern Ireland.

  • Hi hunters thank you for another great vid, it's good to see you breaking in some new camo too ;) I have just got the MTP camo and find it works brilliant for bunnies, I also use the Cadpat pattern which works well in open fields, flactern ( yours ) I found is best suited to bushes / hedges and is favoured by nearly 80% of wildlife photographers.

Great hunting as always and thanks for the mango and rabit recipe ( loved it )

  • @m4x1170 Thanks, glad you like the vid. When i saw this cammo i knew it was perfect for the sort of hunting i do.

  • THIS GUYS DOSE GREAT VIDEO

  • THIS GUYS DOSE GREAT VIDEO

  • @airgunhunter28 Thanks.

  • What caliber rifle u using and is it gas powered?

  • @ActiveStealth00 Its a .22cal and is PCP powered air rifle which uses high perssure dry air the same as a diver uses in a scuba tank.

  • what enviornment is best for rabbit hunting?

  • @freerunner322 Rabbit will live almost anywhere but i usually find them in small rough but grassy fields with a thick hedge line that they can burrow into.

  • Wat pellets u using to get 30ft/lb and wat the stock ft/lb on the rapid 7 in 22

  • @rcaragman I am using Bisley Magnum pellets and you can order a rapid 7 with anything from 12 to 50ft/lb.

  • Awesome video David very interesting as always. The shot of you walking through the Sunset at the end is epic!

    ATB GM

  • @Ghostmaker1970 Thanks Ghostmaker, i didn't think that shot would look as good as it does on film.

  • Would you hunt foxes?

  • Great vid mu friend! We have to plan a hunting activity lol =)

  • @ProVerminControl Oh i have had that shoot for a while just haven,t been over it for a few years.

  • @bazzaba1 Yeah bipods and spring guns dont mix so well as the pellet is still in the barrel when the gun is recoiling so if it is sitting on a hard rest it will jump and miss.

  • @H8TER7481 Thank you.
