Interesting. I go to English Bay, the main beach actually and often walk to Sunset Beach which is seen from the Burrard Bridge. I don't often walk along the sea-wall in the other direction to Second Beach. I tey to twice a week, and like i said hang around that stretch of the beach, which sports lifequards now. lets you know summer is here unofficially. This really is the cloudiest (larger)city in Canada and perhaps south of the line too, I believe Seattle gets more sunshine than...
@Ezdduf4kuZ Judging by the sunset, the young foliage on the trees behind the hot dog stand, the tulips and forget-me-nots in full bloom, the almost deserted beach it appears, all the people dressed in more than t-shirts and shorts....i would have to say this is April and under those blue skies the temperature at the beach is between 10 &14 C. at best and like I said the breeze or winds that often prevail off English Bay could only make it feel cooler. Thx4 postin'
@Ezdduf4kuZ tulips and forget-me-nots in full bloom, a nearly deserted beach in the background, I see what appear to be cherry blossum trees still in blossum along Denman at Beach, I see the new foliage behind that hotdog stand...I see people dressed in more than t-shirts. there was a wind blowing off the water earlier but has since subsided somewhat, which is usually the case by English Bay. This video was likely taken in early April, the temperature is 11 /14 C . Thx4 postin' neighbour!
My absolutely favourite Blue Rodeo song. I butcher a version for my daughter all the time. I've lost all my old CDs. This is the only place on YouTube that has this song. Thanks.
Thanks!! And it's only a tiny part of it. I took you guys to one of the entrances, outside my house, to a small beach/bay area at low tide...the park is like a chameleon...so many different colors and faces. Maybe I can show more soon. Nice to hear from you :-)
Gee I have no idea....trust me, if I was to video tape the lower East side of the city, you would have a different perspective. It's possibly one of the poorest, drug-laden, high sex trade areas of the major cities in Canada. It's a very depressing place to be that the city continually overlooks when handing out assistance and funding. Luckily, I live in a nice area...
You should come. I think you would love Vancouver. It's very...um, laid back? Yeah. Laid back. We take everything easy here, lol. Glad you liked Curt...and I got 100% lol. Woooo hoooo. I told my dad I got 99% and he was all happy...LOL
Ha- the dude in the Canada sweatshirt I panned by? No actually- Mr. Whizzle was the guy who popped his head into the shot super quick....I know, it wasn't much....thanks for watching- glad you liked!
It's so lovely there!!! I have a friend who lives in Vancouver and I'll have to ask her if she goes there. I'm SO happy to hear that school is going well. Break a leg on your test!!! How wonderful. Go for 100%!!!! Happy that Aslan is doing better as well.
Thanks hon! It is beautiful here- where does your friend live, like what part of Vancouver? I'm sure she comes here to the park but see it's RIGHT outside my doorstep lol, so I go there alot....
Nice tour of the park. Vancouver looks like a great place. Glad to hear Aslan is still doing well. I think I've been trying much to hard on the not being perfect thing because I've been very successful at it, LOL.
It looks really nice there. I still want to film Downtown Calgary at night it's really pretty especialy where i live. there is a park near my apartment and you can see all of downtown and at night its a really nice sight. I'm also thinking of doing a "tv show" with my friend soon. Anyway good luck with your test, hope you get that %100. Night!!
Thanks! I used to live in Calgary- sounds like you maybe live in the NW? I could see downtown from where I lived too; a house at top of Center St. I absolutely adore Calgary and would live there again in a heartbeat.
No better place to live than the West End, and English Bay is my pool :)

I've never been to Canada, so this is a treat for me. COOL!
And, hey, if you want 100% on a test, I say go for it.
YOU CAN DO IT! YOU CAN DO IT!
Ps. Mr. Whizzle is a Whizzle with that camera. Nice job (and the mic picked up very nicely too, btw).
