Install Windows 7 from partition tutorial (bootable recovery partition)

now the problem is my original HDD wont boot because it turned into DRive D i need help guys

need help at my computer i really fucked up in the boot stuff...it seems that my Drive C turned into Drive D....It happens when i tried to test an old Hard Drive when i hooked it up on my PC after that i tried to install a Windows XP Sp3 on that drive but then the hard drive failed on the installation process and now When i boot i can boot to the original HDD that i have and it just turned D into C...the old HDD is fine now cause i hook it to another PC

Easiest way to do it, I think. Drag the files to new partition , genius!!

I was trying the exact same thing, only I didn't think of using the boot.wim. This video, though silent, sure made my day. (At my student flat, with no DVD or USB media, this was the only way to do it)

so, if say i get a virus in my computer, (since its an OEM version). can i re install windows and not have to buy a new product key?

you want for it to show up so that when ever you need to reinstall windows you just select the second option you can make it so that it does it faster its the tutorial also I left mines at 2 seconds but if you put it on 1 second you wont see it unless you are pressing the up or down arrow when you pc is booting.

Ok I fixed my double add entry. My question is didnot check a option in Step9:Leave ems enabled. When I reboot it show me windows 7 & installation select. How can I stop that?
