i am 37 now. we used to hack during lunchtime in our senior year of high school all of the time. hacky sack wasn't like it is in your video. there wasn't that much foot crossover movement. my knees are shot from basketball now. so i wouldn't be able to do that as quick.

Actually, Hacky Sack is a game where players stay in the circle and kick the small bag. Extreme version of this game is called Footbag (Freestyle) and it's not just a game for kids. It's a sport and there are competitions like Worlds Champs in this. I use the term "hacky sack" in the title and as a tag, because a lot of people don't know the sport of Footbag and will not search for "footbag".
