Remember the scene where Carter goes to the supergate in a spacesuit? It was HUGE. Basically one block was many, many, many times bigger than herself, she even stood on it and it was at the size of a building, atleast.

Also other comparison measures, like the cargo ship which we know the size in relation to a human.

The supergate in this video is no where even close to it's original size of the original Stargates.

Even if just a game, it's not a true supergate :3

@Legodude5991 So you think it should be lifesized? how about the nukes? do you think those should be lifesized? what about the planets in spacebuild? the reason we rarely use lifesized stuff on big things is because they would be to big, Nukes would fill the entire map, planets would lag even the best of computers, and supergates, you would never get to have fun with them unless your on a spacebuild server, and many people can't get those to run without crashing.

There is nowhere yet. Avon, the guy who made stargate, has stopped the original svn. Until he re-releases it, there is no way of getting a good version of it.

Well, what can you expect in a game such as this? If it were 200 times larger in game then it could take up the whole map since it is already half the size of a planet.

to small to be a super gate, thats just twice as big as a normal gate, supergates fit Ori battleships through, which are 20 times bigger than a puddle jumper.

Well, you have to think in terms of practicality, if these were too big, it would make them too big to fit on a map. Also, these are around 6 times bigger than a regular gate in gmod.

Actually, this is a supegate, the stargate mod was already realeased for GMod and this is the supergate my friend made. Try searching and you'll find that the supergate was actually in SG1. It's quite simply, a giant stargate.

Neither, it's Garry's Mod. A Half Life mod you can download that allows you to create anything you want really and this is a mod for GMod.

When I made this video, it was still in beta and I got it from my friend. It's public now though. Just try updating your SVN, if you aren't sure how, ask someone at facepunchstudios (google it).
