  • If you liked this program. Die. Just die

  • @TheEmperorhirohito

What a mature comment, well done. :-/

  • @TheEmperorhirohito We will all end up dying in the end - watching some middle class twaddle will not make you immortal, however it will give you the power to disappear up your own anus. As you demonstrate so charmingly.

  • @TheEmperorhirohito ur a sad person ,id say u never even smiled in ur life never mind laughed ha ha lol

  • It's good of the BBC to broadcast programming specifically for imbeciles on benefits. The perfect accompaniment to a bag of Lidl crisps and a can of Special Brew.

  • "wait i haven't fecking finished" lolololol

  • Brilliant

  • If you find any of this even remotely funny, you're very easily amused. Nothing funny at all.

  • @myst93 well whatever floats your boat.different style of humour thats all.if it brings a bit of cheer, whats the harm? i love it but if it means im easily amused then so be it.better than being serious

  • 'are you lookin' up the feckin' answers' ... this bit got me.

  • the best thing since sliced bread. I totally LOVE this family. Wish BBCAmerica would pick up this show.

  • This show is too darn funny, love it.

  • In Ireland we call that the feckin summer! Lmao classic :P

  • Here's a thought. If you don't think this is funny, then don't watch it again and when you see it coming up on your tv listings....change the channel. I personally think it's hilarious, but what would I know I'm Irish :-D

  • @terrylingwood What do you know? Not a great deal if you think pish is funny.

  • @terrylingwood im english and i think its amazinggg :D

  • @terrylingwood But this vacuous cockshit of a program takes up airtime for comedy that is bold, imaginative and modern, but principally funny. Licencepayer's money is also spent (read: wasted) on it. In short, everyone who likes this, including your good self, needs to be taken out an shot :)

  • @TheEmperorhirohito i'm guessing you prefer that belend Noel Fielding or some psychadelic shite like that? Just because it's not your cup of tea doesn't mean the rest of the nation has to dislike it. It clearly has a high fan base and sorry to burst your little bubble but your petty opinion isn't going to take it off the air.

  • @TheEmperorhirohito

No, not everything that is new is good and not everything that has the majority of the country enjoying it is good either (Jeremy Kyle is shit and a lot of people like it... ).

Too many people (for people, read "dickheads") call comedy "good" and "edgy" when in fact it is just shit and what we all really need is honest, funny television.

Your opinions are opinions, they're not going to stop us watching and they won't take the showe off the air.

  • @Hellwyck showe = show

  • @Hellwyck I second your opinion - there is a lot of snobbery in modern comedy. It consists of some middle class male commentating on his life and abusing everyone that is not like him. Or just general rambling jibber -jabber that you need to take one of Mrs LSD's to understand. British comedy does not make you feel better or laugh any more. Hence old sitcom boxsets still sell. Good comedy is always universal and this show is popular in the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.

  • @MsMrReason this is not BRITISH comedy its Irish it has nothing to do with Britain BBC just show it. sick of people thinking its British when its clearly Irish they just show it on BBC

  • @moveit1231 I did not say this was British Comedy - it is Irish comedy as it is clearly not from Northern Ireland.

If you read my comment again , I say there is a lot of snobbery in modern comedy and British Comedy does not make you laugh any more.

I did not state this was British Comedy so not need for the CAPS LOCK. I am quite aware that Dave Allen, Frank Carson, Jimmy Cricket et al were Irish and not British.

Please do not twist what I have stated clearly and than castigate me.

  • @MsMrReason I do not believe this type of comedy will ever originate from the UK again as they no longer take scripts from unsolicited writers and only look to comedians or comedy actors from the middle class mainstream.

Mrs Brown has polarised many for that reason - this sort of comedy became obsolete in the 80s/ 90s and it has been brought back and many do not want it back . That is my point.

Comedy in Britain is elitist and deemed unacceptable if the middle classes do not like it.

  • @MsMrReason ffs lighten up and then again Comedy in Britain is elitist and deemed unacceptable well thank fuck im scottish and a have a sense of humor

  • @delreb however you are 100% lacking in perception and 100% deluded in having a sense of humor - you are devoid of wit sir , devoid of wit. You can fuck off too and take the silly bint moveit1231 with you. I wish you both the best of luck and I don't expect to be bothered by either of you again.

Scotland however is in Britain. Although comedy is definitely English centred.

I only came here to talk about Mrs Brown not to engage in sixth form debate with adults.

  • @MsMrReason ill do cap locks if i want to bleedin do cap locks and okay :L

  • @moveit1231 NO IT'S NOT FRIGGING OKAY YOU BLEEDING CHEEKY SOD!

  • @MsMrReason jaysus man you cant slag for your fucking life haha god help ye mate :L:L:L

  • @moveit1231 You are still a cunt my dear. I am sure no one can slag as much as you - considering you are the archetypal fucking slag. The Miss Universe of slags in fact. I am surprised you find the time, to write to me between your slagging duties.

Yes you are indeed the slag of slags. I bow down to you for your slaggery.

  • @moveit1231 I would ask God to help you too, but it is clear that you are long past helping. He would be better off working with Hitler and Myra Hindley.

  • @terrylingwood

    i love it ! its hilarious X

  • omfg im gland to be irish :D

  • Nearly wet my self laughing at the Oonicorns & Evelants😂😂😂

  • The UK's Madea

  • @aaronrocs Depends what part of Ireland she is from as only half of Ireland is British.

  • @Glitter99x Well is BBC only in N. Ireland?

  • i'm surprised this show is so popular, it looks absolutely terrible. I watched a bit of the christmas episode but had to leave the room as it was annoying me. Thinking that may have been a one-off, I tried to watch this, but dear oh dear, it's just as bad.

  • @bluejeans121 and what do you find funny

  • @fudgetv1 hmm, well, as other people here have mentioned, Father Ted gets my vote. My favourite British sitcoms are Peep Show, Black Books, Early Doors, The Office, One Foot in the Grave, Fawlty Towers, Porridge. The Royle Family had it's classic moments too. There's not a great deal of comedy on the box at the moment however. Mrs Brown's Boys seems like an awful effort in comparison to those other comedies.

  • hard to beat father ted though

  • A. This is brilliant comedy, even my mother could not stop laughing....and thats no mean feat!!.

    B. In a few words Mrs. Brown puts the Bible into prospective.

Hope the Beeb commision more shows!

  • @stiglaa The fact that you spelled 'prospective' when meaning 'perspective' sums up your comment.

  • @Pixiesforever7

Thank you for pointing it out, not many would notice :)

  • What are the audience laughing at? There is nothing funny in this clip at all.

  • @KillWullie You have no sense of humour at all. Get a feckin life stop being so serious all the time.

  • @supernikki12100 I have a sense of humour when something is funny. This is not funny in the slightest. Creators of Father Ted, don't worry, this tripe will not challenge Father Ted in being the funniest programme to come out of Ireland,

  • @KillWullie Well I guess to each their own in my opinion Father Ted was not funny at all.

  • @supernikki12100 and this is? I despair sometimes.

  • @KillWullie Goodbye have a nice life.

  • @supernikki12100 I will because i won't waste any more time on this shit.

  • @KillWullie nothing will even beat Father Ted but this comes close

  • @dishywinnie The distance between the earth and the moon is closer.

  • the old version on this, i can't find it on youtube but on video the two boys are played by Robbie Keane and Ken Doherty

  • NO NO WAIT HOLD ON IM IM IM NOT FECKIN FINISHED THE 3 WISE MEN, WISE? THEY GOT FECKIN LOST!

  • evelants , uunicorn

  • Mrs brown is a frikin man

  • WISE?! THEY GOT FECKIN LOST!!

  • @kathy7671 i am a latter day saint also and have a sense of humour their is no hint of slating us or demoralise use of take the mickey out of our belief's,

  • @lovebugrach84 I think we Irish are too busy taking the mickey out of ourselves for others to get offended and i have to say we do it so well lol

  • Mrs Brown makes me realize the special relationship between writer and actor. Really a team sport!

  • On the Feckin boat. son we had two hamsters for the month and nearly shit out the house

  • About as funny as a toothache!
