Dude, I am a total noob when it comes to these machines BUT I am wondering...what kind fo tranny do you run? Is it a special CVT like a sled, or is it the Subaru 5 speed?

its either a 2.0 turbo or a 2.5 turbo, its an ej motor for sure, sounds great. Been thinking of building an old wrx motor into a sand rail, the bolt up to ones with vw transmissions....

If its a flat 4 suby motor its probably 2.0 or 2.5 thats not 100% though

I don't know what size the motor is. It's not my buggy, we were just watching him. I do know that it is a flat 4.

you are right that it is an opposed 4 cylinder, it is also known as a flat four because the engine is laying flat just like Lamborghini's. . It's not in the "v" configuration or the "straight" configuration. I can school you some more if you don't know what "v" or "straight" means.
