Niche video. I think to be fair you have to put a decent comment in. The majority of blog owners if they see a comment like you've left there will just delete the comment.
They don't want lots of comments just saying "great post" they want meaty comments.

Make the comments useful. 'What a cool post - thanks for sharing' is obvious spam and would be flagged up as such if the blog is moderated.
