You have to understand they had way much more time on their hands to actually do all of this. They looked at the stars, noticed movement. All done with experimentation and calculation. I tow a mainstream academic line, with respect to the physical sciences that would be very true, with regards to other academic areas, not quite so much.
There are very good reasons why I conform generally within the mainstream scientific line, because I know its power and predictive ability. There are some areas that aren't quite clear cut though...string theory for example.
Those theories are standard now because they explain everything under their purview or else they are either disgarded or retained on the understanding that they will be further refined at some stage in the future.

False.
Jupiter's diameter is 62 times Pluto's. There is no 'planetary' object on VA 243 that is 62 times the diameter of any other...therefore no Jupiter or Pluto.
Sitchin was quite wrong and now quite dead.

"gravitational pull" is not so discerning as to allow planet sized objects to hide from our view on Earth only to pop out at the last moment...that would require, a pilot with a motive to do so, an engine and a source of enormous power/energy.
If it were acting solely as an object orbitting the Sun we would have been able to see it years ago...and definitely right now...it should be a bright object in the night sky.

@44774477ric Well I know for a fact they used sundials, which have been around forever. They calculated the movement of the sun, realized the movement of the earth. You have to understand they had way much more time on their hands to actually do all of this. They looked at the stars, noticed movement. All done with experimentation and calculation. They knew math, they knew science, and learned astronomy.

@SuperUFB Incredibly accurate. When traveling at light speed one has to consider not only aspects of the 3rd dimension (distance, speed, direction), but also the 4th dimension (timespace). How are we to travel through the 4th dimension by creating wormholes, bending space/time if we can't even envision the time space continuum itself? To me, it is like a microbe trying to draw a mountainous landscape. It's something that is far beyond our current capacities.

I tow a mainstream academic line, with respect to the physical sciences that would be very true, with regards to other academic areas, not quite so much.
There are very good reasons why I conform generally within the mainstream scientific line, because I know its power and predictive ability. There are some areas that aren't quite clear cut though...string theory for example.
