not usually new, but there are lots of rcuniverse buy and sell that are ready to fly. They are not easy, and shouldn't start with one that has a nice body. Get a RC heli siom like realflight too

This model made by Century Helicopters, you can buy the heli and fuse together, then put all your electronics in it, but need to know how to fly these first!

what does programming the mixing dual rates mean???. i am new to r/c heli flying. in fact i am still trying to fly 4 ch coaxial helis, any input would be greatly appreciated.

mixing and dual rates are two different things. Dual rates is a switch that makes your inputs more and less sensitive. You can change the amount of throw the servos get with this .

Mixing it adding a control when you use another, like in helis, you add a little throttle to your cyclic or rudder, that way when you bank, it automatically gives you more power.
