The problem with a CCFL out of a LCD Screen that they have a brightness regulator.

try to get on out of a old document scanner one with a serial connector.

I have a new design that people can make one in One PET bottle.

there is a special trick to put the ccfl and inverter inside

This one e even more water- and airtight and can handle more impression and falls from a height then the model with two shells

couse i hve such i light but the wires are black and grey and the grey one is thicker than the black one :S

That is the wire from the tube lamp ?

some are the long one thicker than the short wire

Do not extend these wires ??

there is a high voltage created by the inverter electronic circuit

yes its from a Dell LCD screen i found on the streets ( The LCD was broken so that wy i destoyed the screen ) And i already tried a 9 volt batt. on one of the 2 lights but nothing happend :(

dous an CCFl light have a + and a - ?

so you could make that light up on a 9Volt battery?

Yes it can work on a 7.2 DC voltage.

The red wire is plus and the black Min.
