go inside the main castle in the middle theres a print of the sun look up in the celling and u enter the red cap level !

After you get 10 stars, a bright light will appear in the mainroom of the castle. Stand where the light makes contact with the floor in the center of the room and face the staircase. Press the C-up button and look up into the light. You will be transported to the Wing Cap Course and you can press the switch there to activate the Wing Cap.
