Sometimes when organizations have to split, it has to happen that way. As I remember when I was living in Japan, "Shioganai" meant, "it can't be helped." I have not really used the language a lot in over 30 years so perhaps I have lost the total meaning of the phrase.
Domo Arigatou Gozaimashita for posting this. Is LBO a new organization, different from JPBA? We used to watch Shimizu-san on the P-League. We love to watch bowling from Japan.
LBO is an organization of the professional who seceded from JPBA and the professional who enters in a new test.
Shimizu-san is a vice-chairman of the organization.
The number of sponsors of JPBA decreases, and the number of games decreases similarly to disappearing of the girl professional league in the United States also in Japan.
Because one big company is a sponsor, the capital of LBO is abundant.
Please enjoy seeing the game of two organizations.
@SLICEBOWLER Thank you for your quick reply and information. I have also subscribed to postings from "ancient228" who puts up the P-League series and we were wondering why Shimizu-san was not there for the past two (Series 25 and 26). Shio-ganai. I write the bowling editorials for a website called BellaOnline (.com) so please read them sometimes - demo, ei-go dake, desu kara, gomennasai. I have many friends who are fans of Japan Women's Bowling so they will enjoy this new organization.

I often use it to show a meaning negative as it is given up.
The meaning said, "I cannot help you" as you wrote is used acceptable.

"Shio-ganai"The meaning ..there is no other way..
JPBA smells a threat in the funding ability of LBO.
To participate in the game of LBO, the thing that seceded from JPBA was compelled.
