  • Is every version of this song's end cut off?

  • @roseduded23

It's because another song pick up right there. Still, uploaders could do a fade out or something...

  • Queen II is the best album Queen ever did certainly. Only Tommy and The Dark Side of The Moon can get to that level.

  • got to be one of the most unknown triumphs of rock history..........

  • Strangly Angelic. Brian May is the sane strength that anchors.

  • Every Queen album ever. Thats just how I roll.

  • This is why Queen>beatles

  • Incredible!

  • It`s band Queen- and all the "others"!!!!

  • Brilliant. <3

  • ok, YES they were great, Freddie's gone...he inspired many, his memory lives on, nevertheless he was just a mortal like the rest of us (so was Elvis).

  • And the stream of thought musical & lyrical passages....I dont know...I know they say there werent into drugs, but I'm thinking they MUST have dabbled in some hallucinogenics to create some of this...One thing is for sure, they spent a lot of time alone each coming up w musical ideas.

  • I was a kid when I got this album....stunning it was, even after yrs of Yes & Purple at their best, neither of those bands instrumental or vocal slouches. But much of the music on this album is just so damn different...yes, it was an evolution from the first, a bit more focused & direct. It's as if they were attempting to write the soundtrack for the mythology & culture of Europe/England. So much reference to myth, English colloquialisms, the baroque piano

  • simply perfect

  • What an epic song

  • Good song, video sucks!

  • Brilliant... from the best Queen album, though they're all Brilliant.....

  • @jtlampsu The best Queen album is A Night At The Opera

    Queen II is good

A Night At The Opera is heavenly

  • @TheAssassins75 reverse the sentence and you got my opinion

  • @mactherogue queen II is fantastic but heavenly songs are written only by Freddie

only procession and white queen are good

A Night At The Opera is heavenly for all its songs

Death on two legs, Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon, Bohemian Rhapsody,Seaside Rendevous,Love Of My Life are fantastic

the others are not like them but they are very good songs

    this is my opinion

    i respect yours

  • @TheAssassins75 only procession and white queen? 1st of all white queen is written by brian may 2nd you should listen to ogre battle fairy feller's master stroke nevermore the march of the black queen and seven seas of rhye at least, and from a night at the opera: i'm in love with my car (live preferred) you're my best friend '39 (live aswell) and the prophet song. those you mentioned are indeed great songs but ther's much much more from queen

  • @mactherogue 1) i've said the songs written by freddie and procession and white queen by brian but they are not like freddie's songs 2) you've said 39',you're my best friend,... Yes they're fantastic songs but do you think that bohemian rhapsody, love of my life,... do you think that 39', i'm in love with my car,... are better than them? I think: 1) A Night At The Opera 2) Jazz 3) Queen II 4) A Day At The Races 5) Innuendo 6) Made In Heaven 7) Sheer Heart Attack I can't continue sorry
  • Badass! Freddie, Brian, Roger, and John are just the perfect combination of any rock band to ever exist.. Long Live Rock and Roll!

  • severo!!

  • I never get the ending though, It always sounds like it's getting cut off

  • @Gowiiandpenguins You have to listen to it on vinyl ; )

  • @Gowiiandpenguins I completely agree

  • This is my all-time favourite Queen song!! Thanks

  • big love!

  • I think I'm in love with Mercury. Anyone out there gifted in the sayonce?

  • EPIC !!

  • this is awesome screw todays music

  • 4 people may be mispressed unlike button

  • @badkillah456 fuck u

  • Queen 11, my first Queen album (8-track) still my fav Queen album!

  • March of The Black Queen and The White Queen would still be No. 1 hits today! Queen is a timeless band, and if Freddie were still alive, they'd be at the top of the charts, and still touring, and their fans would be so proud, young and old, because this is a band that could last to eternity, if we could preserve the original four artists.

  • Everyone who dossn't dwell deep enough into the colosal mamouth that is Queen is likely too miss ever hearing songs like this.

Everyone knows Bohemian Rhapsody and that in it's own right is the most masterful and well known rock song ever, and fro that matter, song ever.

However, had this come later in there career when they were recognized as God's and airtime for songs increased, this could of been as acclaimed as Bohemiun Rhapsody or Innuendo. It certainly deserves to be.

    There best.

  • I wish my generation could make something as epic as this

  • Yeesh, not only did Queen make every famous awesome song ever, but they also have a huge plethora of obscure stuff that is ALSO totally awesome. If it were not for Freddy Mercury's tragic death, this band probably would've just spontaneously combusted from sheer awesomeness overload in a few years time anyway.

  • Only queen can get away with saying the word nigger is a song :O

  • @Ellthom I know right.

  • @Ellthom Zappa is about the only other and neither ever used it offensively......

  • @Ellthom Zappa is about the only other and neither ever used it offensively......

  • I've loved this song for 30 years. It's amazing, and unsurpassed as a story and a song. Thanks Queen. x

  • @71garron He's takling about the reigns of the horse he's riding, right.

  • @fatcatlable

The beauty of the song is that no-one truly knows what it's about. There are a few Queen songs like that, and that is what makes them so special.

The album Queen II was a white side and a black side - this is a track off the black side. Freddy wrote all the songs on the black side and this, along with Ogre Battle are simply gob-smacking (even more so when you consider when they were composed). The songs are still valid right now, and can still garner acclaim.

    I simply love it.

  • @71garron Yeah, theoreticly suntanned women could go skinny dipping in the pale moon light. -Metaphorphiclly speaking. The best looking men compelled to speak their unbridled lust for other men in a musical score compatble with Chopin. Gob-smacking and thumbs up infinity.

  • @fatcatlable His lust turns to duty. The galloping drums he surrenders to in the night is their physical love. Marching straight into domestic death he forgets it all. And the Black Queen sees the Angel. And his joy and light are only a memory. Because when it's time to go, you just got to say good bye.

Marrage = death; even when your gay.

  • @71garron......That's the beauty & brilliance of Queen. The fact that they still sound fresh, relevant, and totally timeless. If today's airplay exposed them properly, they would be considered ground breaking. Queen's genius knows no bounds.

    Freddie's magic lives on......

  • Could the music makers of today come anywhere near producing songs of this quality? ...... not a f*cking chance!!

  • @wehatemagz I totally agree!

  • nice

  • ~♥~Stunning, Superb, Supreme!!! Queen Forever!!! Thanxoxoxo so much for making & sharing this amazing video*^o^*~♥~

  • 初期の大作志向の作品が好きです。

  • THIS SHOULD BE THE OFFICIAL VIDEO!

  • Best song by Queen

  • UNA PIETRA MILIARE.....

  • I love the way queen songs suddenly change tone.. gotta love it!

  • Comment removed

  • very strange song..... thats why i love it

Queen forever!!!

  • The March of the Black Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, and The Prophets Song= BEST QUEEN SONGS

  • @sara1893 You have an excellent taste sara! i would also had added love of my life.

  • ABSOLUTE GREATES

  • Great song 'cept at the end were it sort of cuts off. That bit's weird.

  • @1337BleachFan the reason it cuts of is because on the original album, it just went right into the next song(funny how love is). if you listen to the two of them back to back, it doesn't cut off

  • i have to say that this song and DEATH ON TWO LEGS are my 2 favorite QUEEN songs of all time! oh, and UNDER PRESSURE too because for me, you just can't get any better than QUEEN and DAVID BOWIE...and UNDER PRESSURE is like a musical orgasm...

  • Does someone know what the terms of FO and FIE mean??

    =D

  • I like queens newer stuff( Well..... late 80s) but their old stuff including this Album is the best, true queen music,

  • @tikkigod011 Early Queen was,and still the best.

  • powerful....dark....beatiful harmonies..queen at the best.

the kids need to hear more real music...fuck rap..reggaeton..and all that shit

  • I don't understand why some people prefer Brian Adams if you listen to the music of Queen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I have to agree with TuvaKisEn..Queens first 5 albums were all masterpieces...after that and you could see it happening...they were getting commercial...I was one of their first fans Canada way before the radio stations started playing them I used to make my own Queen T shirts. I still have all on Vinyl

  • i agree with you :) but still i like queens every song and album, were they commercial or not :) but Innuendo wasn't a commercial album really

  • buy queen 1, 2 a night at the opera, a day at the races and/or sheer heart attack. The older albums are superior

  • This is the song that first made me fall in love with clasic rock... it has and always will remain my favorite.

  • One of queens BEST ever!!!!

  • One of the most epic underrepresented song ever.

  • agree. One of the best queen songs., march of the black queen. Bit naughty and beatiful...'In each and every soul lies a man. And very soon he'll deceive and discover. But even to the end of his life, he'll bring a little love

  • "I reign with my left and I rule with my right. I'm lord of the darkness, I'm queen of the night"

  • @hitman1365 totally agree with you...this is even better than bohemian rhapsody! i found out abt this song just a few days back..its so depressing...

  • @hitman1365 How the hell is anything by Queen "underrepresented"!?

I think that Queen is one of the most universally liked bands of all time, right up there with the Beatles. It's awesome, it's epic, it's amazing in every way, but it's definitely NOT underrepresented.

  • @hitman1365 and so close to the truth

  • Great band, great song, great video. Good on ya mate...

  • God what perfection!! Love it!! This song is def Underrated... I acutally prefer this to Bohemian Rhapsody.. but both are masterpieces..

  • Tell me about it I was just saying on another queen vid. I was at Amazon gonna actually buy a queen album.. besides the mp3's I have.. I couldn't decide which too buy since I dont want 'we are the Chps. fat bttm girls.etc I wanted the obscure tunes instead - you are correct this is a master piece,,,:):)

  • why dont you buy everything? :P

  • @southernstar0946 I totally agree wiv u :)

  • he truly had the voice of an angel.

  • hey the first part...when he his with his white and red t-shirt is from "queen on fire, live at the bowl"

and then some parts from somebody to love video..i dont like very much this video, but good work anyway...

  • yes, and elves exist, eric clapton is a great guitarlpayer, elvis is not dead and this is live!!!

  • well, what more to say? We are not to see another talented and inspiring group like this again! It´s very hard to find such musical feeling coupled with technique, imagination and beyond... great song!

  • Possibly their greatest song ever. I would have loved to hear it live!

  • SICK!!!! I love Queen with a forever burning passion that i will take to the grave and beyond! Honestly, they are the only thing that kept me sane through the struggles that i went through. God BLESS QUEEN!

Queen is the most amazing band ever

Under the weight of the world, they help out,

    Enlightening to all

Enjoy their amazingness "All Day Long!"

    Never forget, they RULE!

  • hey sokwest you got it bad! Saw Freddie in 1978 and it was the gig of my life. Superb frontman and a pretty good band. What a terrible shame he's not here now to show them all how it should be done.

  • how amazing! What was it like! EVERY DETAIL!! PLEASE!!

  • He was so obviously doing the thing he was born to do... In the lap of the gods was a 10000 people singalong and when they came out after the opera bit in Bo Rap to do the heavy rock bit I thought my heart was going to leap out of my ribcage and burn up in the spotlight that was shining on Freddie

  • they never played this song live which if they did i would watch over and over

  • of course they did! look out here in youtube, man!

  • They did and I saw it, and you can find it here on UTube. Not in its entirety though if that's what you mean.

  • such an amazing song !

    I love it :)

    thank you !!

  • Magnificent!

  • Thanks. I don't think it's that great, as the uptempo section is slightly out of synch.

  • @Queenfan81 what

  • @jimmsens i know compare this to freinds will be freinds, no comparisin

  • @Queenfan81 Well it's better than I could do
